Jakarta Airport Terminal 1
Jakarta Airport Terminal 1 was opened in 1985 and it is located on the southern sector of the airport.
It serves domestic flights and is divided into 3 semi-circular sub-terminals, which are able to handle over 18 million passengers per year.
Terminal 1A serves Lion Air flights, 1B serves Lion Air flights (only to Sumatra and Bali) and Xpress Air flights, while 1C hosts Batik Air, Citilink and other Indonesian carriers domestic flights.
Levels
First level
This is the Arrivals and Departures level. Find also the VIP lounge, “Lantai Satu”, located in the east end and connected to 1B and 1C sub-terminals, and sub-terminals 1A, 1B and 1C halls.
Services and amenities are located in the centre of the terminal, after clearing customs and get to the Arrivals Hall as well as after the security check in the Departures Hall.
Services available: ATMs, tour operators and travel agents, information counter, lost & found, baggage claim, check-in counters, disabled lift, transit counters, port health. Find the access to the waving gallery by lifts and stairs. Find also retail stores and food and drink concessions.
Second level
All 3 sub-terminals first floor has similarities between them: The level is a semicircle type shape, with a central corridor and secondary corridors connected from it.
Find the following boarding gates: 1A (A1 to A14), 1B (B1 to B7) and 1C (C1 to C7).
Passengers will find services and amenities too.
Transfer between terminals
You can transfer between terminals by a free shuttle bus and the Sky Train.
